  • Storage is in new steel containers with boarded flooring. They are weatherproof, watertight and allow ground floor loading.
  • Containers are fitted with high security padlocks with cowls.
  • The site itself is surrounded by steel security fencing and has an electronically operated security gate accessed by an individual proximity card reader.
  • CCTV cameras are in operation 24 hours a day.
  • The container sizes vary so that we can meet your particular needs and can be fitted with racking to accommodate archive storage.
  • The letting period is flexible and can range from one month to as long as you like.
  • Prices are based on the size of container. We ask for one month's rental in advance plus a fully refundable deposit equivalent to four weeks rental. On termination of the contract all unused rental is refunded. Lost keys are chargeable at £25.00.
  • We will require two forms of identification. For domestic users a photo-identity, such as a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill to confirm the address. For commercial users a letter of authority from the company. If there is a problem with this please contact us in advance and we will attempt to resolve it.

You should be able to get the contents of a three bedroom house in a large container and a one bedroom flat in a medium container - although if stacked a small or extra small container will hold a suprising amount!
